We’ll meet at the end of the year to celebrate life, to honor our past, to honor the waves of life in 2022. And we meet to open our hearts to whatever is about to come. We’ll meet in the dance, moving with feelings and sensations rather than thoughts and stories.
In the second session we’ll create collages to give shape to our longings and visions. Please bring old magazines, which we can share.

The event is open to everybody, no previous dance or 5Rhythms experience is needed. This event is substance free. Please respect this.
