Dance as dynamic meditation
I teach dance to help people connect to their own power.
I believe that we all have the capacity to become fully embodied souls, and fully inspirited bodies. Body and soul are in union within us and dance is a powerful tool to bring these aspects of our existence closer together. The only thing we need to do is to move and be open to whatever is unfolding through the movement.
My life changed fundamentally since I started dancing and my desire is to bring this transformation to everybody who needs it.
Dance as medicine
Dance combines activity, observation, connection and joy. We move, we observe our own movements, we connect to other moving people. And most of all we continuously let ourselves be guided by joy, simply by doing whatever feels more inviting at any moment. We rely on joy as a guide. Sometimes it gives us joy to do the most simple movements, sometimes it gives us joy to meet challenges, sometimes it gives us joy to dissolve in the dance and sometimes it gives us joy to find our own unique physical existence. There are no rules, no prescriptions. We just follow the calling of the dance.
As Gabrielle Roth, founder of 5Rhythms, said: “there is no dogma in the dance. Together we learn to dance on the skin of the great mother with our ears deeply tuned to her every whim.”
Through the practice of this dance we become more connected to the reality, to our real nature, to the present moment. This help us to connect with the better version of ourselves. We intuitively become the best version of us, without even realizing this. Dance gives us the gift of intuition: knowing without thinking. When intuition gets stronger within us and we start trusting it more, we can heal ourselves. And by healing ourselves we heal those around us as well.

Dance as a way of life
For me dancing is a passion, it is a way towards healing my fractured parts, and ultimately it is a way of life. Whatever I practice in the dance they all find their ways into every other aspects of my life. My life gets fertilized by the dance, and it becomes more fluid, more flexible, more joyful.

|I was born in 1974 in Budapest, Hungary. I started leading groups and using non-formal teaching methods in the early ’90s. I have degrees in pedagogy, philosophy and economics, I worked as a high school teacher, research project manager, business consultant, and trainer. I received accreditation to teach the 5Rhythms from Gabrielle Roth in 2011. Since that time I’m offering weekly classes in Budapest, workshops in several different cities in Hungary, Serbia, Romania and Austria, and I offer longer retreats as well. In the same time I’m doing continuous professional development on different workshops with a wide range of teachers. I also attend 5Rhythms teachers’ gatherings and I’m the member of the International Conscious Movement Teachers Association.|
