5Rhythms® workshop with Péter Fejér
27-28 February 2027 in Solymar, Hungary
“We all need to be like rooted rainbows, simultaneously earthy and etheric. It’s great to gaze at the stars as long as you feel your feet on the ground.”
Gabrielle Roth
Where do I go from here? What is my purpose? How can I find my own path? Who will I walk it with?
These are questions that are always with us, but there are no answers that are valid forever—only those that are true in the moment. Yet the search is always there, whether we’re young or old. Whether life is flowing smoothly or we’ve gotten stuck somewhere. Perhaps a major turning point has just occurred in your life, and that’s why you need to take a look at the bigger picture. Perhaps you feel like you’re not moving anywhere, nothing significant is happening—you’re just drifting—and that’s why it would be good to see the bigger picture. Whatever situation you’re in, this group process can help you.
Dance, improvisation, and awakening our intuition help us find the right answers to the questions we’re currently facing.
Using the 5Rhythms movement map, we begin to seek out the answers. The Flowing rhythm connects us to the physical reality of the present moment and invites a joy for life. The Staccato rhythm connects us to others—we are not alone. The rhythm of Chaos expands our perception and awakens a multitude of authentic reactions. The rhythm of Lyrical brings harmony, aligns us. In the rhythm of Stillness, we hear the echoes of the previous rhythms; we vibrate in unison with the space and gain insight into the bigger picture.

“I believe that we all have the capacity to become fully embodied souls, and fully inspirited bodies. Body and soul are in union within us and dance is a powerful tool to bring these aspects of our existence closer together. The only thing we need to do is to move and be open to whatever is unfolding through the movement.”
