Ezen a workshopon különböző kreatív és gyógyító módokon (tánc és mozgás, hangmunka, rajzolás és festés, rituális színház, írás, masszázs…) keresztül fogjuk összekapcsolni a testünket az elénk kerülő érzelmeinkkel. Az a szándékom, hogy nagyobb toleranciát fejlesszünk ki saját érzelmeink átélésére, és minél többféle módot találjunk arra, hogy kifejezzük és kommunikáljuk őket. Gabrielle Roth 5Ritmus és 5 alapérzelem térképét követve fogunk dolgozni: – Félelem, ami óv minket, Harag, ami védelmet ad, Szomorúság, ami felszabadít minket, Öröm, ami felemel minket és Együttérzés, ami egyesít minket.
Az Áramlás ritmusa támogat minket abban, hogy a fizikai testünkön keresztül érezzük az érzelmeinket, és hogy a mozgáson keresztül hogyan tudjuk azokat leföldelni. A Staccato megtanít minket arra, hogyan formáljuk, fejezzük ki és kommunikáljuk a szívünket különböző méretekben és hangerőben. A Káosz megmutatja nekünk az utat, hogyan menjünk át az érzelmi hullámokon, és hogyan engedjük át őket rajtunk valami nálunk nagyobb dologba. A Líra a fényesebb oldalra világít rá, emlékeztet minket arra, hogy ez is el fog múlni, és hogy sokkal több hely van a mellkasunkban, ahol lélegezni tudunk. A Csend a “hagyd, hogy legyen” bölcsességét suttogja, és emlékeztet minket arra, hogy mennyire össze vagyunk kötve a szívünkön keresztül.

Silvija Tomčik, akkreditált 5Rhythms® tanár (Hullámok képzés 2001-ben, Szívdobbanások képzés 2010-ben), aki szervezőként Horvátországba és a környező országokba is elhozta ezt a gyakorlatot. Silvija az elmúlt 20 évben rendszeresen tanította az 5Ritmust® országos és nemzetközi szinten egyaránt. Elkötelezett, szenvedélyes és földhöz közeli tanár. A tanítás és a tánc a természetes adottságai.
Előfeltételek: minimum 15 hullámok óra vagy 1 hétvégi műhely. Ez a műhely beleszámít az 5Ritmus® tanárképzésbe, mint 5 nap Szívdobbanás.

On this workshop, we will connect our body with our emotions that come our way, through different creative and healing ways (dance and movement, voice work, drawing and painting, ritual theatre, writing, massage…). My intention is that we develop more tolerance for feeling our own emotions and find as many different ways to express and communicate them.
We will work following Gabrielle Roth’s map of 5 Rhythms and of 5 basic emotions – Fear that protects us, Anger that defends us, Sadness that releases us, Joy that uplifts us and Compassion that unites us.
Flowing is supporting us to feel our emotions through the physical body and how to ground them through the movement. Staccato is teaching us how to shape, express and communicate our heart in different sizes and volumes. Chaos is showing us the way how to go through the emotional waves and how to let them go through us into something bigger than us. Lyrical is shining a light to the brighter side, reminding us that this will pass too and that there is so much more space inside our chest to breathe. Stillness is whispering the wisdom of “let it be” and reminding us how very inter-connected we are through our very hearts.

Silvija Tomčik, is an accredited 5Rhythms® teacher (Waves training in 2001, and Heartbeat training in 2010) who, as an organiser, brought this practice to Croatia and neighbouring countries. Silvija has been teaching 5Rhythms® regularly both nationally and internationally the last 22 years. She is a committed, passionate and grounded teacher. Teaching and dancing are her natural gifts.
Prerequisites: minimum 15 Waves hours or 1 weekend workshop.
This workshop counts towards future 5Rhythms® trainings as a
5 days of Heartbeat.
Prices: Full price is 260 Euro.
Early price until 20.03.2023. is 200 Euro. Working price is 130 Euro. There is 20% discount (from full price) for 5Rhythms Teachers and Space Holders.

Location: Three Treasures Valley
The Three Treasures Valley, created by the ancient rules of taoist Feng Shui, is lying on 5 acre with a little lake and a 200 years old demesne house. The valley is a hiding beauty of nature, surrounded by enormous fields and forests, 100 kms away from Budapest in North East area of Hungary.
From Budapest airport it takes appr 3 hours to get to the town. From the main train station in Budapest it takes 2.5 hours. From the town you either walk to the venue (4km) or share a ride with some other participants. We’ll help organize car sharing.
