CREATE

5Rhythms® workshop with Péter Fejér

21-22 November 2026, Cluj, Romania

“Language can become a screen which stands between the thinker and reality. This is the reason why true creativity often starts where language ends.

Arthur Koestler, The Act of Creation

When we create, when we are creative, we participate in the creation of the world. Don’t make yourself smaller, don’t believe that you are just a passenger, especially don’t believe that this world is a show that you watch, like a TV series.

The universe invites you to watch, and it also invites you to immerse yourself in the experience, AND it also invites you to be a creator of the world. Your actions will make life complete.

And of course, we often want to create, but we don’t know where to start. Sometimes we feel very small and we can’t even imagine that we could do anything that would have a meaningful consequence. In such cases, dance is one of the best tools to start from a dead end. Dance can be very simple, it doesn’t require planning, it often just happens by itself, and sometimes it only requires small things from us that we can do better. And movement fills us with good feelings, it rewards us. Little by little we can learn that making movements is good, being creative is a joy.

This workshop will bring you closer to spontaneity, better perception of bodily sensations, emotional flexibility, ease and freedom in physical movement, authentic expression, releasing blocks, harmony. During the sessions we will primarily move, partly through exercises to get to know the possibilities of movement, partly in the form of free dance. There will be time for sharing, feedback, integration.

To participate in the workshop, you do not need any dance experience or any knowledge. Physical skill or fitness is not required. We welcome everyone as you are, as you move, as you participate.

“I believe that we all have the capacity to become fully embodied souls, and fully inspirited bodies. Body and soul are in union within us and dance is a powerful tool to bring these aspects of our existence closer together. The only thing we need to do is to move and be open to whatever is unfolding through the movement.”
