This workshop is the celebration of life. We give ourselves time just to calmly exist and spend time in a good place. We connect to the life energy in our bodies. We move with it, breathe into it, let it flow, and express it. We discover the creativity of the life force. And uncover its artistic beauty.
The physical aspect of our being, our body, is the container of our whole being, the foundation, the basis of our existence on earth. The positive effect of attention directed to this is reflected in every other aspect of our being. In the same way that the most important basis for the healthy growth of a tree is that it has enough water and nutrients in its soil to grow.
Care and attention to our bodies is like watering a tree and fertilizing its soil. And when a plant is well cared for, it blooms and creates beauty. And those who take care of their bodies and take pleasure in their movements, those people will bring their souls into bloom.

Prices and schedule:
Only Friday evening (16:00-19:00) : 25 EUR
Price for the entire workshop (without accommodation, transportation or food)
170 Euro with very early bird registration until April 25
185 Euro with early bird registration until June 25
200 Euro after June 25
Non-refundable advance for the workshop = 60 Euro/ 305 RON – to be paid at registration to secure the place and the early bird price. Remaining amount to be paid 2 weeks before the workshop.
Workshop price discounts:
– for 2 people booking together = 10% discount from the workshop price (not including accommodation and food);
– for 3+ people booking together = 15% discount on the workshop price (not including accommodation and food);
Accommodation at the location: 130 lei/night in a double room with private bathroom; 100 lei/night in a double room without private bathroom (with access to shared bathroom and showers).
There are also single rooms with private bathroom = 190 RON/night (limited number) or without private bathroom = 140 RON/night (limited number).
