9-11 May 2025 — Budapest, Hungary

The event is hosted by Péter Fejér, accredited 5Ritmus teacher and Kata Máthé, Movement Medicine teacher

Embodiment starts in the body. It isn’t a theory, rather it is a practice. It is the practice of body reality. It is the act of feeling the body and the intention of staying there and staying connected even when it’s challenging.

On this lab we bring together professionals who have plenty of experience in embodiment. They have theories as well, and most importantly they have a lot and lot of bodily practice and groupwork experience. We’ll explore the links between embodiment and empowerment.

What are the different ways, different techniques that can help us find our power as a result of befriending our bodies? We explore the physical practice of the realities behind such concepts as “standing my ground”, “going with the flow”, “drawing clear boundaries”.

Come, and learn about your body, learn about your power and learn about the many ways how to help others on this journey.
